Determined to create something that was better than the BTR platform Alois Ruf knew that the RCT platform and generation of 964-based vehicles needed to be incredible. Standing for Ruf Carrera Turbo, this is a 3.6 liter, turbocharged flat six engine that produces 425 horsepower to the rear wheels via a close-ratio 6-speed transmission, built by RUF and amplified even more after a restoration and engine overhaul.

This particular vehicle started life as a Porsche 964 and continues to wear its Porsche VIN making it an authentic RUF RCT Evo conversion as it was done in-house by RUF. Finished in a handsome Oak Green Metallic exterior with an Olive Green full leather interior, this build has been exceptionally maintained and kept up to date. Inside this RCT Evo conversion is equipped with RUF’s integrated roll cage, foldable carbon buckets, and five-point harnesses as well. The inserts on their carbon buckets are in a funky yet classic Houndstooth print that combines white, black, and green tones into the print within the bucket seats. This RCT Evo conversion is also unique due to its added bonus of being an Evo specification. Putting out over 400 horsepower, this RCT is an amplified experience, faster than any respective 964s of the era. In addition to the added performance in the engine, this conversion was also taken a step further with a carbon-skin conversion. Having the hood, doors, fenders, and roof skin redone in carbon fiber, this vehicle has shed 265 pounds from its original weight making the driving experience truly like no other.
